Fellowship Training in Ophthalmic Pathology

A number of academic institutions offer fellowship training in ophthalmic pathology. Some of the fellowships are offered to either ophthalmologists or pathologists. Although most fellowship positions are limited to candidates who have completed residency training in either pathology or ophthalmology, a few programs do offer pre-residency fellowships. Some of the fellowships combine clinical training in ophthalmic pathology with basic science research.

A number of fellowship programs use the San Francisco Fellowship Matching Program.
